Prices and payment

• Prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS). Delivery is free.
• In Accra you can pay online (MoMo or card) or pay the rider on delivery. Outside Accra, orders are paid before delivery.
• Online payments are handled by Paystack. Your order is confirmed once the payment goes through.
• If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before delivering, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver within 2 hours in Accra and arrange delivery by phone elsewhere. The laptop is handed over when the rider receives your 4-digit delivery code, from you or from someone you shared it with. Read more in Orders & Delivery.

Returns

If you have any issue with your laptop, you can return it within 5 days of purchase for a replacement. See Returns & Refunds.

Cancelling an order

Call or WhatsApp us on 054 166 3026 as soon as possible. If your order hasn't left yet, we cancel it, and refund it if you paid online.
