What we collect

• Your order details: name, phone number, email (if you give one), delivery address and area, notes for the rider, and what you bought.
• Payment status: whether your payment went through. Card and MoMo details are entered on Paystack's secure page, never on our site, and we never see them.
• Visitor statistics: pages viewed and the type of device, counted without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we use it

• To deliver your order and contact you about it.
• To send you texts and emails as your order moves along.
• To handle returns and replacements.

We don't sell your details or send you marketing messages.

Who helps us

• Paystack, to take online payments.
• Arkesel, to send text messages.
• Resend, to send emails.
• Supabase, which stores our orders securely.
• Vercel, which runs this website.

Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

Cookies

The shop doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Cookies are only used to keep our own staff signed in.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email rashid@countryelectronics.com or call 054 166 3026. We keep order records as long as we need them for returns, warranty and the law.
