5-day replacement

If you have any issue with your laptop, you can return it within 5 days of purchase and we'll replace it.

How to return a laptop

1. Call or WhatsApp us on 054 166 3026, or email rashid@countryelectronics.com, within 5 days of purchase. Tell us your order number and what's wrong.
2. We'll arrange to collect the laptop or tell you where to bring it.
3. We check the laptop and give you a replacement.

Please keep the box, charger and anything else that came with the laptop, so we can swap it quickly.

Manufacturer warranty

Laptops also come with the manufacturer's warranty shown on each laptop's page. After the 5 days, contact us and we'll help you use it.

Orders that couldn't be delivered

If we can't reach you when we deliver, your laptop stays safe with us and we'll keep trying until you receive it. See Orders & Delivery.
