Delivery is free

There are no delivery fees, anywhere we deliver.

In Accra

We deliver within 2 hours. You can pay online with MoMo or card, or pay the rider by cash or MoMo when your laptop arrives.

Outside Accra

Deliveries outside Accra are partly handled by third-party delivery partners, so these orders are paid before delivery, with MoMo or card. We'll call you to arrange the delivery.

How your order moves

1. Received. You get your order number straight away.
2. Preparing. We check and pack your laptop, and text you.
3. On the way. When the rider leaves, we text you a 4-digit delivery code.
4. Delivered. Give the rider the code once you have the laptop in hand.

If you won't be home

Share your delivery code with someone you trust, such as a family member or colleague. Whoever has the code can receive the laptop for you. Never share the code before your order is on the way.

If we miss you

If the rider can't reach you, the laptop goes back to our shop and we text you. Call or WhatsApp us on 054 166 3026 to choose a new time. We'll keep delivering until you receive it, and each new trip comes with a new delivery code.
